Beyond titles and industries, my story is about new worlds learned fast, different cultures lived from the inside and leadership built in real, demanding contexts.
I became the first female country manager in Europe within a multinational in the transport industry, led large and small teams across several European countries and negotiated with powerful trade unions — including Italian ones. Every new context challenged me to learn quickly and choose the right bricks for a solid foundation. I studied almost obsessively, note by note, notebook after notebook, until I understood the rules of the game in each industry.
Years of executive leadership also revealed a paradox: the greater the responsibility, the smaller the real space for reflection. Today, I create precisely that space , through wine experiences and conversations designed for leaders who are looking for perspective and meaning.
